CUF Milano \u00e8 un brand di Centrufficio S.p.A, storica azienda milanese che, dal 1986, produce mobili per ufficio, pareti divisorie, soluzioni acustiche e sedute.<\/p>\n

Fondata nel 1986 da Roberto Motti, Centrufficio \u00e8 nata da una piccola rivendita nel cuore di Milano e, allo stato attuale, consta di 22 negozi diretti in Italia, 189 dipendenti ed un fatturato di circa 53 milioni di euro.<\/p>\n

Realizza prodotti per ufficio di design, si occupa anche di tutto ci\u00f2 che concerne il workplace: dalla progettazione, al chiavi in mano (general contractor), dalla realizzazione di progetti e prodotti su misura, compresi i progetti acustici.<\/p>\n

Dispone di un magazzino centrale a Pioltello MI di circa 20.000 mq e pertanto assicura, per molti prodotti quali arredi e pareti divisorie, la pronta consegna.<\/p>\n

Presentazione<\/h3>\n

Mi presento, mi chiamo Roberto Motti e sono l\u2019Amministratore di Centrufficio S.p.A.<\/em>
Ho fondato questa societ\u00e0 pi\u00f9 di 30 anni fa, esattamente il 16.04.1986 con mio padre Mario Motti. La societ\u00e0 inizialmente \u00e8 nata come commerciale, ovvero come rivendita di mobili e sedute per ufficio.\u00a0Dieci anni pi\u00f9 tardi, incominciammo a produrre mobili, sedute e pareti divisorie. La societ\u00e0 oggi ha raggiunto un certo sviluppo, del quale sono orgoglioso.<\/em><\/p>\n

Questa azienda, nata praticamente dal nulla, ha avuto un solo segreto di come svilupparsi negli anni: non si tratta dell\u2019adozione di una particolare strategia di marketing o dell\u2019abilit\u00e0, inventiva o acume del proprio Amministratore. Il segreto per far nascere e far prosperare un\u2019azienda del genere \u00e8 il duro lavoro quotidiano e che tutti i collaboratori arrivino al lavoro in azienda spinti dall\u2019 incessante ansia di fare qualcosa perch\u00e9 le cose migliorino sempre di pi\u00f9.<\/em><\/p>\n

Le persone che lavorano in questa societ\u00e0 hanno in comune tra di loro la passione per ci\u00f2 che fanno, per il proprio lavoro.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Nel 2008 mia figlia Rossana<\/strong> mi ha affiancato nel lavoro e nella conduzione dell\u2019azienda. Nel 2017 mia figlia Chiara<\/strong>, dopo essersi laureata in lingue con indirizzo economico, ha iniziato a lavorare in azienda, occupandosi del settore estero.<\/em><\/p>\n

La nostra azienda, anche se conta 200 dipendenti, rimane un\u2019azienda familiare con delle persone a cui far riferimento.<\/em><\/p>\n
