Meeting Tables
Meeting tables can be used for formal or informal meetings. In the case of formal meetings, the table used will have variable dimensions depending on the capacity of the room (usually at least 200×100 cm). In this historical period, it is necessary to keep in mind that the seats around the table must be at least 100 cm apart from each other for social distancing, therefore it is necessary to provide the exact size of a meeting table. For example, for a meeting room of 10 people, it will be necessary to provide a table of at least 600/650 cm x 100 cm. Usually, meeting tables are modular, with modularity varying from L 100 to L 150/160cm, in order to be more flexible in case the room should contain more or less participants…

As regards informal meetings, on the other hand, the choices are very varied: they range from the classic square 2, 4, 6-seater coffee table to high tables where you can discuss standing or leaning on stools. Other solutions are provided by phone booth for 2, 4 or 6 people, i.e. “rooms within rooms”, closed on six sides and soundproofed, which also have ventilation, lighting and internal electrification systems.
When choosing a meeting table, it is very important to provide electrification systems, such as top access including multi-socket directly on the worktops, as participants often have their own electronic devices (tablets, mobile phones, laptops) and must have immediate access to electrical sockets.
Generally, the meeting tables are chosen in coordination with the desks (operational or executive), and almost all series of desks have their own meeting version. You can view the desk series at this link.
