Design Luigi Glorini – R&S CUF MILANO
Partition system in transparent satin polycarbonate and with satin decoration, with vertical supports in white or bonderized grey
Dimensions: L108 P35 H200 – L212 P35 H200 – L316 P35 H200

Modular system consisting of separating panels made of transparent flexible polycarbonate with frosted decoration, or completely frosted, with a thickness of 75 microns. The flexible panels are supported by vertical metal supports and are kept in position by a kit of clamps and spacers also made of metal. The flexible polycarbonate panel also makes it possible to obtain free-radius curved configurations, it has rounded corners and is drilled where the fixing clamps are to be fixed. The vertical metal supports are made up of a pair of vertical tubulars having 25 mm thickness and a quadrangular base on the ground. The upper part is screwed at the end of the assembly operations, to make it sturdier and more stable.

The fixing clamps can be divided into: terminals, when they can fix only one panel to a column in terminal position, or central, when they fix join two consecutive panels to a single central support. The clamps are obtained by laser cutting a 25 mm tubular metal and are suitably shaped to fit the polycarbonate sheet and the junctions. By inserting sets of vertical metal rods into the existing space between the two vertical metal supports, both the polycarbonate panel and the fixing clamp are kept in position. All metal parts are painted with epoxy powders without heavy metals and they are available in white, or bonderized grey finishes.
